What the Cat Dragged In

It's a blustery day and the wind is whipping the snow in mini-tornados around the garden. The snow is traveling sideways and backwards in the same gust. A proper winter storm.

As I poured my second cup of coffee, I heard a very strange whimpering at the door. A soft, faint, "wooohoooo." I glanced out the door and found Typhon there, waiting to say hello.

I spent a couple of minutes scratching him behind the ears as the wind blew snow around us, then gave him a left over chunck of bread and watched as he headed off to his dog house.

He's there now. Curled in ball, with his nose tucked under his tail and the snow sparkling off his eyebrows.

It must have been a big cat!
How could it be possible to resist Typhon ?
But I agree with your dogs, if/when I come to visit that snow must be gone or I am not running outside ;-)

Dig - I just want to hug that dog! I might start a Typhon picture board at this rate. I am becoming his number one fan! Please email me a pic I can print off. If he had cheeks I would squeeze them! x

Di: this is the same dog that once he's inside he likes to 'mark' his territory. And he thinks he has A LOT of territory inside.

Adorable, but you know, I'm kinda intrigued with the possibility of coffee sans husky hair! Are the dogs really not allowed in the house? xooxox
