What Do You See?
Today, my lovely readers, I want you to stop and think. I want you to open your artistic side and tell me in words what a picture tells you.
Go on, take a good look at this painting. How does it make you feel? Do you like it? Do you not like it? Does it do anything for you? What do you think it's about?
Now, hit the comment button and tell me what you are thinking. I promise to explain.
I like the depth of the inner view of the picture, as if your moving beyond and side stepping things that are trying to get in your way. It's creating a path for you.
My mind is steeped in the signifcance of today's date. I like the colors, but this painting brings to mind the smoke, ash, and destruction of 8 years ago, a change in the landscape of our lives so severe that I still cry about it today. Tomorrow I may feel differently, but that is where I am today.
I see a beautiful blend of colors. I slightly see a person jumping in the beautiful blue "clouds" but it looks like the "land" has been decimated with only splashes of color left to enjoy.
I keep coming back to this photo, very intriguing. I keep seeing a face on the right side, almost as if a pink mask/veil and possibly the blue area as lips?
There may be a reason why I no longer drink! xoxoxoxox

Looks like an open space in between busy things on a beautiful day.
I like the colors and the feeling of openness in the sky and the land.
I like it for the pretty colors, although it could be an impression of trees in a field or steam/smoke rising fom something. Geysers? Don't know.
Anyway, it's pretty. :)

I like it. It looks like the bottom of the ocean to me, and makes me feel calm.

Tranquility!

Brigid sees a landscape with trees, blue sky, clouds and flowers
I think its a dessert landscape in a place like Arches or Zion nat'l park. It's fine to look at, although i wouldn't buy it.
